this summer, wagamama champions their kokoro bowls. kokoro means spirit, heart + mind, and these bowls are full of your fresh flavours. featuring the new katsu salad – a refreshing twist on the classic katsu we all know + love. light, bright + fresh. served with your choice of chicken or tempeh (vg) with a sprinkling of apple slices, cucumber, pickled asian slaw + edamame beans. the perfect summer pick me up.
