Fletcher’s Restaurant is a family-run, independent restaurant that boasts an intimate dining area with a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy.

Plymouth-born Head Chef, Fletcher, always dreamed of opening a restaurant in the city that he loves. Trained at City College Plymouth and gaining further experience within the catering industry from working at the New Continental Hotel, Morgan’s and the Mission; Fletcher also worked alongside MasterChef winner Anton Piotrowski at the Michelin-star Treby Arms, before realising his dream of opening Fletcher's with his partner Jessica.

Since reopening its doors on August 21st, Fletcher's has received an AA Covid Confident Award, to go alongside its 5 Star rating from the Food Standard Agency (EHO) - offering customers both fantastic food and a clean, covid-safe environment. 

During lockdown, Fletcher and his team have been busy creating a new bar with incredible new cocktails and an extension to the front of the restaurant with more dining seating!

Located on a quiet corner site in Plymouth City Centre behind the Theatre Royal Plymouth, the beautifully lit arched entrance leads you down to a relaxed dining room that provides a perfect ambience to enhance your dining experience.

The restaurant offers a 2 or 3 course set menu, available between 12:00 - 14:00 and 17:30 - 18:00 (Tuesday - Saturday), that not only shows Fletcher's talents as a chef but offers him a freedom to cook with fresh, local and specialist suppliers, creating dishes he wants to create. 

The A la Carte menu continues the theme of beautifully cooked and presented local produce, with dishes including; Pan fried cod served with caramelised cauliflower puree, charred cauliflower florets, dressed crab, raisin and hazelnut jus, crispy seaweed and dressed new potatoes. Duck breast served with duck leg sausage roll, preserved berry jus, onion and black garlic puree, honey, truffle and walnut dressed carrot, and Beer Battered Fish and triple cooked chips served with chip shop treats.

Fletcher's also offers a 2 or 3 course Vegan menu. Dishes include; Butternut squash and sage risotto served with pickled chilli and coriander, and vegetable ratatouille served with confit new potatoes, leek coated carrots, confit leek and baby leek - to name a few. 

Jessica (Fletcher's partner) works alongside Fletcher as Front of House Manager - ensuring that each service is smooth and the customers have the best, most memorable experience with a relaxing ambiance when dining at Fletcher’s Restaurant. To accompany your meal, Jessica and her team have put together an exciting new range of cocktails or wine to pairing with your choice of course.
