Sumptuous Summer Dining at Boringdon Hall 

Award winning chef, Scott Paton launched his new Summer menu recently at the 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Guide featured Restaurant Àclèaf at Boringdon Hall and it’s a true treat for all the senses. Menus at Àclèaf change seasonally and always feature stunning dishes. Scott focuses on the flavours and visual impact of each dish. Sourcing the best of local produce, he creates dishes that are as memorable for their beautiful presentation as they are the flavours; he brings both together exquisitely.

Summer Starters include Scott’s signature Brixham Crab dish with a refreshing grapefruit tang then there’s the showstopping mains which include Highland Wagyu with tarragon and marrow, lamb with peas and pancetta and Iberico pork with locally grown gooseberries and chamomile. Desserts are equally tempting with the classic duck egg alongside apricot and the showstopping raspberry dessert with pistachio and white chocolate slides. 

Àclèaf is open 7 days a week from 6.30pm where an optional wine pairing flight is available to match each of the courses.
