Boringdon Hall

Making up for those missed moments of 2021

With the welcomed news of the re-opening date of 17th May, Boringdon Hall Hotel and the award-winning Gaia Spa Boringdon talks all about embracing freedom and shares their plans to celebrate those missed moments in 2021. With this in mind, have you made any plans yet to staycation?

The events of last year are still impacting our everyday lives, however as we look to a more positive and exciting future with planned reopening of leisure and hospitality, many of us are making up for lost time and are embracing freedom which, before now, was taken for granted.

As travel restrictions still remain in place for the majority of domestic travel, many of us are now seeking staycation destinations to escape and re-connect with loved ones. With Boringdon Hall Hotel & Spa nestled in the Devonshire countryside, right on our doorstep, we are excited to hear more about their plans for the year ahead.

With a year of working from home, many of our pets have become attached to our daily company. Boringdon Hall Hotel not only offers a 5 star experience for it’s guests but the hotel is also dog-friendly, meaning your four legged friends can join you on vacation. Set on the edge of Dartmoor there’s an array of walks and adventures on offer to spend your day, before retreating back to this charming Manor House.

Set on the edge of Dartmoor there’s an array of walks and adventures on offer to spend your day, before retreating back to this charming Manor House.

The enchanted place on the hill, Boringdon Hall offers exquisite rooms and seductive suites with a timeless, manor house charm. The Grand Hall is the perfect place for relaxing on an evening with a glass of wine after dining in the 3 AA Rosette Restaurant Àclèaf, where Head Chef Scott Paton showcases inventive British fare using the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Boringdon Hall is also home to the South West’s destination spa, Gaia Spa, which is set to reopen on the 17th May alongside the hotel, giving people space to nurture their wellness, naturally. Reconnecting with loved ones and setting time aside to relax and compose will make you feel grounded and more in control upon returning back home after a much-needed break.

The Gaia Spa has also launched two new facial treatments for a true focus on your wellness. The Equilibrium Crystal Facial which, using a powerful combination of anti inflammatory plant ingredients along with balancing chakra crystals brings the mind and body back to a state of equilibrium. The Gaiyoga Lifting Facial is a stimulating workout for the face with a combination of advanced lifting massage technique, this facial increases muscle tone and volume so the skin becomes tauter with more definition and exceptional results.

For locals wishing to enjoy overnight stays at this divine Manor House or simply visiting for a spa day with loved ones, Boringdon Hall have launched a locals loyalty schemed aimed at those living close by where points can be saved to redeem against future gift experiences to make those missed moments even more special.

The importance of having something to look forward to and focus on has never been so strong. As we move through this year we encourage everyone to make time for moments that matter.
