Feast from the East this Christmas

The B-Bar, nestled in the cobbled lanes of Plymouth’s historic Barbican, is famed for it’s unique take on authentic Thai street food. Fresh, affordable food, served in iconic street food boxes, unpretentious and delicious.

The B-Bar is the entrance to the world renowned Barbican Theatre and that artistry fills the building, music, art, comedy and cabaret are a frequent accompaniment in the B-Bar’s cosy and friendly restaurant. It’s possible to have a meal and drink downstairs, go upstairs to the Barbican Theatre to watch an award winning performance and then finish the evening back in the B-Bar with cocktails or coffees and a great local band.

All dishes are freshly prepared to order using locally sourced ingredients from some great independent businesses. The B-Bar has spent over 10 years carefully creating it’s recipes to make the best of local produce while remaining authentically Thai. Exotic and unique ingredients are sourced directly from Thailand so the B-Bar chefs have the very best to work with when creating new dishes. All the sauces for the extensive menu are created in-house and are a closely guarded secret!
