‘ I have loved my time at Achievement training, my tutors have supported me from the very beginning to the very end and were always on hand either via email or phone to answer any questions I had.  Every review meeting was always so positive and allowed us to plan out my next goals and what work I should be working towards. The resources and guidance I was sent for my EPA was so useful and I couldn’t have got the grades I did without the support of my tutors and manager.

Thank you achievement Training for truly allowing me to reach my potential’

Sphere Solutions recently employed a Recruitment Resourcer in September this year. Rob Bennett Area director said they have always have a very positive experience, Achievement Training have provided our business with several candidates of a very high standard,  the process is smooth, efficient and completed in a quick timeline. I would highly recommend.

Millford School Employed 3 Apprentices this year during what has been a very difficult year. All 3 Apprentices have certainly had a much different start to employment than anyone else before them. Deputy Head Teacher Simon Payne said, however all have met the challenges that have faced all school staff with a positive outlook and commitment to helping our complex group of students to feel safe, to feel like they belong and to make progress despite the crisis happening around them.

I admit that the current crisis has not made things easy, therefore the support and service offered by Achievement training during the recruitment process was invaluable. Communication was timely and relevant with a result that the process went through very smoothly.

We value the enthusiasm and varied experiences that our apprentices bring to the school, having employed some excellent apprentices in the past who have proven to be incredible teaching assistants.  We will certainly be asking Achievement Training to help us as and when we next need to recruit and most certainly would recommend you.
